Modern Elegance Meets Mountain Living
Perched at the top of a gently rolling hill, this modern home is designed to embrace its natural surroundings, offering uninterrupted views of six Cascade mountain peaks. Every detail of the home reflects a balance of contemporary style, functionality, and sustainability, creating a space that is both inviting and inspiring.
The unique X-shaped floor plan is a key feature, strategically designed to maximize views, preserve privacy where needed, and carve out dynamic outdoor living areas. This layout allows each room to feel intimately connected to the landscape while maintaining distinct zones for relaxation and entertaining. Expansive sliding walls of glass dissolve the boundary between indoor and outdoor living, flooding the interior with natural light and providing effortless access to the surrounding patios and terraces.
Outdoor spaces are as thoughtfully crafted as the interiors. On the west side of the home, a sunken firepit offers the perfect spot to unwind, watch golden sunsets, and connect with nature. The exterior features a striking combination of weathered gray cedar siding and steel accents, providing a durable, low-maintenance finish that ages gracefully in the natural environment.
Inside, the home offers modern sophistication. The open-plan layout is anchored by a central living area, complete with clean lines, warm wood tones, and natural stone finishes. These elements complement the home’s commitment to sustainability, highlighted by a 16kW photovoltaic array that offsets the home’s electricity usage, ensuring eco-conscious living without compromising luxury.
